66 North Van Brunt Street represents a bold architectural vision set to define a new residential experience in the heart of downtown Englewood. This multi-family building occupies a high-visibility site, introducing a breath of fresh, modern air to the urban center where a distinct architectural context is scarce. 

The design creates a dynamic, mixed-use program within approximately 32,000 square feet of building area. A significant commercial component anchors the second floor, offering approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space designed to be leased as a single large unit or divided into up to four separate storefronts, activating the street level. Above, the residential program consists of 16 dwelling units, carefully designed for modern urban living. It prioritizes resident experience, with units designed with open layouts, eat-in kitchen islands, and large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, in unit washer/dryer’s and private outdoor terraces. Additional shared spaces include dedicated amenity areas on each residential floor for communal work and gathering, culminating in a large, accessible rooftop deck that provides an elevated outdoor retreat with views of downtown. 

The exterior presents a striking, contemporary form with a sophisticated material palette and dynamic massing, creating a visually compelling identity from the street. The program also efficiently integrates a ground-level parking garage for resident use.
